'During a recent trip to Australia and New Zealand, we ran into a couple of issues whilst away. Firstly we received news of a coup in Fiji, which was our final destination. Our travel consultant called us every day with updates and he promised to make alternative arrangements if necessary. Secondly we were heading to Huka Lodge from Queenstown, and were delayed overnight due to a freak snowstorm. We had travel insurance, so it was not the financial loss that was troubling, it was missing a day at Huka Lodge ! Again our travel consultant was on the phone with alternatives and somehow managed to extend our stay at Huka Lodge so I could enjoy 3 nights there.
